- Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold an eligible working visa
- NOT currently employed by (or immediate family of anyone at) ITV Studios Australia or Channel Seven
- NOT appeared as a contestant on The 1% Club Australia in the last 12 months
- NOT won $50,000+ on any Australian TV quiz/game show in the past 5 years
