Are you ready to face your fears and compete for up to $50,000? Here’s how to secure your spot:

Step 1: Choose Your Team

  • Apply as a Team of Two (best friends, couples, siblings, etc.) or as a Single Contestant.

Step 2: Complete the Application Form

Fill out your details:

  • Personal Information: Name, date of birth, city, state, and contact info.
  • Teammate Info: Include your partner’s name, age, and contact details (if applying as a team).

Step 3: Showcase Your Personality

Answer questions about:

  • Daring experiences, hobbies, and what makes you unique.
  • Why you want to be on Fear Factor.
  • Your relationship with your teammate and why you chose them.

Step 4: Submit Photos and Video

  • Upload recent, clear photos of yourself (and your teammate if applicable).
